Voca Cylinder Head with independent dome for Yamaha DT and TZR with square cylinder

The Voca Race Head Ø46mm modular two-piece is composed of an anodized aluminum cover and a removable Ø54mm dome, including the O-rings.

The cover is manufactured in a single piece of aluminum milled by CNC to achieve this piece with a 100% Racing look.

This kit includes a dome for 46mm pistons. Suitable for 42/43mm stroke and VOCA, Italkit, Polini, Malossi, Alukit cylinders.

The recommended squish is 0.08mm.

Includes a locking pin to prevent dome rotation when tightening or loosening the spark plug.

The cooling has been improved compared to the original and the great novelty of this cylinder head is the possibility of rotating 180º, allowing the assembly of multiple radiators.

  • Right side, use of one radiator
  • Left side, use of 2 radiators

For high performance preparations the use of 2 radiators is recommended.

Cooling sensor temperature:

The thread allows the use of the original temperature probe but also aftermarket sensors for the use of digital markers, such as the Koso or Stage6 marker with M10x1mm sensor measurement.

Gaskets:

By using O-rings instead of gaskets, greater tightness and reliability are ensured.
