Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated by MMGRacingstore are for guidance only, although our company will do its best to meet these deadlines. Any delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

Delivery times are informed once the goods have left our warehouses. Order processing and preparation times may vary depending on the workload and product stock.

The commitment made by MMGRacingstore sale and delivery of the goods offered, is subject to the stock of the advertised product and the availability of the same until end of stock, so MMGRacingstore, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times that the advertised products are available. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances that cause the end of stock of the product, the order and the contract between the parties shall be void under this termination clause, fully restoring the customer the amounts paid for it, without any compensation in favor of either party for breach of contract, consequential damages or lost profits. Failing that MMGRacingstore recommends the delivery of another item of equal or superior range to that purchased (always with the consent of the customer).

MMGRacingstore will not send any order to verify that payment has been made.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, local holidays in A Coruña, autonomous holidays, or national holidays.

We use a logistics management portal to track all of our shipments. This means that you can see the status of your shipment in real time.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and are counted as non-business days.

Although each product has a published delivery time (Estimated 2-3 days) is established a period of approximately 10 days for the actual delivery of the product purchased, a period that will begin to be counted from MMGRacingstore is aware of the payment of the product made by the customer. In the event of delay in delivery of more than 20 days on the approximate time of receipt, and provided that this delay is attributable to MMGRacingstore, the customer, upon written complaint through our contact form, may unilaterally cancel the order, restoring the amounts paid and the parties agreeing that no claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the forms of consequential damages or lost profits.

MMGRacingstore is not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier for reasons beyond the normal operation of the transport service, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents, truck overloading, etc.

IMPORTANT: At the moment the package is picked up by the transport agency in our warehouse, at that moment it becomes the responsibility of the transport company. Therefore, if there is any kind of delay or type of incident in the delivery MMGRacingstore can not be held responsible for such events. However, MMGRacingstore undertakes to make all the necessary arrangements for transport agencies to comply with the conditions described above.

The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. Subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs on the sale price.

The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the place indicated by the customer and a signature and ID will be required to pick up the goods. The carrier has no obligation to bring the goods inside the house, only to deposit them at the main entrance of the street. At the customer's request, the carrier can help the customer to bring the order to the door of the house, as long as time permits and there is no impediment to bring the goods to the door of the house, as in cases where there is no elevator, the packages do not fit in the elevator, the packages do not pass through the doors or when there are steps to climb up to the elevator.

The customer is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery, being that accepted the same and consigning his signature on the copy of the delivery note to be returned to the carrier, the customer agrees on what has been received and waiving subsequent claims on the suitability and identity of the goods ordered and received. In the case of verifying the customer at the time of delivery errors in the goods received or that it is visually damaged, you must record these circumstances in the delivery note of the carrier and bring these facts to the attention of MMGRacingstore within 24 hours, by written complaint through our contact form.

The purchased product may undergo, by availability of the manufacturer, non-substantial changes in the components, features or performance of the lot that integrate it, provided they do not involve a demerit of the qualities and performance advertised.

THE GOODS TRAVEL AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER AND IN CASE OF LOSS OR BREAKAGE, THE CARRIER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND WILL BE COMPENSATED ACCORDING TO LAW, 3.61 EUR/KG, MMGRacingstore, WILL COLLABORATE AS A MEDIATOR BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND CARRIAGE AGENCY IN EVERY INCIDENCE.

There is an additional fee for purchases made with PayPal. This fee will be shown as "Fee" in the online order details.

Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the following European Union countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.

We do not ship to territories that require a customs declaration (DUA):

• Territories within Spain requiring DUA: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

• Territories outside Spain but within Europe requiring DUA: Andorra, Switzerland, Faroe Islands (Denmark), Greenland, Heligoland Island (Germany), Campione d’Italia (Italy), Livigno (Italy), Mount Athos (Greece), Åland Islands (Finland).

• EU outermost regions (RUP): Although part of EU member states, these regions have a special status and also require customs clearance: Guadeloupe (France), Martinique (France), Réunion (France), Mayotte (France), French Guiana (France), Saint Martin (French part), Azores (Portugal), Madeira (Portugal).

We do not ship to Norway: although it is part of the European Economic Area (EEA), meaning no customs duties apply to goods complying with EEA origin rules, Norway has its own customs and tax regulations, such as the VOEC scheme for VAT in e-commerce.

We do not ship to Malta.

We also do not ship to Cavan, Donegal, and Monaghan within Ireland.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are reflected in the shopping cart when placing the order before proceeding to checkout.

Iberian Peninsula:
Orders of €119 or more: FREE
Orders less than €119: €5.90 (VAT incl.)

Balearic Islands: €9.99 (VAT incl.)

Returns

In accordance with the provisions of art. 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the customer shall have the right to revoke the order requested within fourteen calendar days (14) after receipt thereof, prior communication to MMGRacingstore. The deadline for refund of the amount of the products that the customer wants to return is 14 calendar days from the time the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by the customer is known.

The circumstances that may cause a return are as follows:

If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you: In the event that the customer decides to exercise this right of withdrawal, the return costs will be borne by the customer. In this way and after verification of the returned goods will be refunded 100% of the amount of the product, not paying the shipping costs of the order. Failing that MMGRacingstore recommends the delivery of another item of equal or superior range to that purchased (always with the consent of the customer), in which case the customer will pay the difference and where the same way will have to take care of the new shipping costs and the return of the other product. Do not apply the changes on products subject to fluctuations of a market not controlled by MMGRacingstore, or on perishable items, items that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature can not be returned.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return:

• The return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order has not passed.
• The product has not been used, retains the original packaging and labeling without manipulation.
• The product has not been ordered specifically for the customer and has been previously notified.
• The product is not an electronic, carburettor parts or brake hoses.

The customer will send the products by his own means, by the transport company he considers appropriate, being responsible for the shipping costs.

Original defective product: In this case MMGRacingstore will manage the exchange and / or repair of the device immediately. The exchange will always be made for the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, taking charge MMGRacingstore of the postage for the return and reshipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, or the product was in excellent condition, the cost of return and reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Product that by mistake does not correspond to the order: MMGRacingstore will bear the cost of collection of the wrong product and delivery of the corresponding to the order placed.

MMGRacingstore will make exchanges or refunds provided that: Prior communication is given to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason that causes the return. You can do it through our contact form indicating the reasons for the return. We will tell you how you can act to return the item and we will confirm if the return is appropriate.

The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return: MMGRacingstore will not be responsible for returns on products tampered with by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those goods that are returned incomplete in both its main elements as accessories.

MMGRacingstore will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of goods until it has verified the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned.

The price to be refunded is the one originally stated in the order, except in case of returns due to dissatisfaction with the product.

There will be no right of withdrawal outside the period indicated.

MMGRacingstore will never be responsible for faults in the installation of equipment purchased in our store when it is not our company who performs it.

Promotional Gifts for your Purchase

The gift campaigns for web purchases are MMGRacingstore initiative, these gift campaigns may be canceled without notice. All gifts are subject to availability, MMGRacingstore may substitute any gift for another of the same category in case of out of stock.

All gifts given are considered as gifts without commercial value, therefore will not be considered as a sale, will not be entitled to refund, exchange or claim any defect or warranty. In case of cancellation or total or partial return of an order, the gift will no longer be part of the promotion and will have to be returned with the order to be able to pay the order, otherwise MMGRacingstore reserves the right to refuse the return.
