  • Inner liner coated with silicon carbide in a galvanic nickel matrix, cross-polished with two diamond steps under tight tolerances.
  • Machined on high-precision CNC equipment.
  • Piston-to-cylinder clearance: 0.05mm.
  • Recalculated and oversized heat exchange surfaces.

Piston:

  • Super compact with three rings.
  • Material: special aluminium-silicon alloy with reduced thermal expansion, tin-coated sliding surfaces.
  • CNC machined.
  • Lightened and reinforced.
  • Oversized heat exchange surfaces.

Piston rings:

  • Special long-life rings with outstanding mechanical strength.
  • 1st compression ring: nitrided, chrome-plated steel.
