After a long study and focus, this set allowed us to achieve a power of 25hp.

The pack consists of:

  • Two-piece cylinder head has a hemispherical combustion chamber with a volume of 6.20cc and allows obtaining a compression ratio of 13.90:1, with a recommended squish value of 0.85mm.
  • 48mm diameter cylinder has 6 transfers and an exhaust port with two boosters. The exhaust outlet is Ø 32mm but comes with a reduction bushing to Ø 28mm if necessary depending on the exhaust used.
  • Piston (diameter 47.945) has a molybdenum disulfide treatment to reduce friction losses and a 0.8mm thick ring. Cooling (and consequently reliability) was especially taken care of with well-studied water passages.

It should be noted that the transfers and exhaust are hand-tuned at the factory to reach 196º -135º -134º.

A competition exhaust, a 28 or 30mm carburetor and an internal rotor ignition are recommended to obtain maximum results.
